Iris
“Iris“ is an interactive visual and sound work that reveals itself and changes with the gaze.

The work is always transformed differently depending on the viewer, the movement and the intensity of his gaze.

An interactive device: an oculometer camera, analyzes with precision the spectator's eye tracking.
The installation wakes up when a visitor stands in front of it to look at it.
The eye is the engine of the work here. As long as the gaze is maintained, kaleidoscopic forms are revealed and evolve according to the movement of the irises.
The work becomes revealing of the scope and power of the gaze. She experiences herself physically by being in front of her.
The spectator who controls the work with his gaze can then experience a feeling of ownership and omnipotence. Like Gorgon the medusa, he takes full possession of the object being looked at, he acquires the power to transform it, to explode it, to put it to sleep.

Scenocosme: Grégory Lasserre & Anaïs met den Ancxt
The artist couple Scenocosme brings together Grégory Lasserre and Anaïs met den Ancxt. They hijack various technologies to
create contemporary works of art. They develop the notion of interactivity, by which the work exists and evolves thanks to
physical and social relations of the spectators. Their works are presented in many museums, art centers
contemporary and digital art festivals around the world.
