Arapu is a Romanian electronic music DJ and producer, born Ionuț Arapu in 1986, known for his captivating, straightforward style characterized by basslines, driving synths, and unique sounds. He began DJing at age 15, gained experience in the Romanian club scene, and eventually moved to Bucharest. Arapu launched his label, Liniar, in 2015 and is recognized for his collaborative work with artists like Lumieux and Mihigh, as well as his hypnotic, minimal techno sets.
