This year 3D is everywhere, from American blockbusters, to live sport, videogames.. Unfortunately there is no artistic and creative content out there.
This conference will explore some topics around 3D projections, from the original idea, to production and diffusion of three dimensional content:
- Study of visual perception
- History of stereoscopy over the past 100 years.
- 3D cinema: Why it does not work (yet) ?
- How to re-invent 3D production ?

What is needed
The Anaglyph (red-cyan) technique was used to make this picture viewable in 3D, but it’s a rather unconfortable way to visualize 3d. No anaglyph content will be shown during the screenings.
