Luca Ruzza
Luca Ruzza graduated in Theatrical Architecture at the Royal Danish Academy Of Fine Arts in Copenhagen in 1983, and in Architecture in Università degli studi La Sapienza in Rome in 1987.

He was a scholarship holder from 1981 to 1983 in the "Royal Danish Academy", he spend his apprenticeship at the Theatre Odin in Holstebro in Denmark where he created scenography for the "Hoxyrhintus Evangelet in 1995.

From 1988 to 2001 he taught Scenography at the faculty of Architecture in Rome with a contract teacher's role.

He took Virtual Scenography courses at "Institute of Aesthetic Disciplines" at the "University of Aarhus" in Denmark in 2002 and at TAFT, "The Academy of Figurative Theatre" in Fredrikstad, Norway in 2003 and 2004. Since 2007, following the public competition for researcher, he currently holds the role of Adjunct Professor at the Department of History of Art and Entertainment, University of Rome "La Sapienza".
He is the author of several texts on the theme of theatrical space including: Niccolò Sabbatini and the art of making the Scene Editions Nuova Cultura 2011, The Oblique Look, Edizioni Nuova Cultura (currently being published), Stories of Theater Spaces, editions Euroma, Vol 1 and 2.

His texts appear on: Graffi sui Muri Edizioni Teatrino dei Fondi / Titivillus, 2009, Performance Design, "The Memory Project" Edizioni Tusculanum Press, Kobenhavn - Danmark 2008, La Scena Meridiana, Edizioni ETI, Roma 2008, and Andersen Drom, Odin Teatret Forlag 2006.
