Francesca Mereu, was born in Cagliari (Sardinia) on 26 January 1977, studied architecture at the Architecture University of Florence (Italy). She is currently a PhD student in Art and Technology in the Faculty of Fine Art in Valencia. Lives in Madrid, where she works on her projects in the MedialabPrado, and she ‘s Art director of the Menosuno Art Gallery.

A lot of her works are video-dance and visual experiments with various optical effects.
