Since its premiere in 2015, LUMA Projection Arts Festival has centered on high end, site-specific, projection mapped artworks from artists across the globe. In 2025, LUMA Projection Arts Festival is pleased to continue our latest initiative, LUMA Small Works, a curated selection of smaller, ready-made artworks throughout the festival footprint.
They are looking for work in AR/VR, projection, lighting installation, sound installation, generative art, or another art and technology intersection.
If selected, your work will transform the festival footprint by filling smaller urban nooks with imaginative micro-projects, and will be exposed to tens of thousands of festival attendees over the course of LUMA weekend.

Open to regional, national and international artists
Artist stipend included (determined based on project scale)
Travel and lodging stipend for those traveling over 75 miles (determined based on distance)
Artists strongly encouraged to attend and oversee their artwork
