Creative quarter in the industrial heritage Mine Hlubina in the city centre of Ostrava. Provoz Hlubina is the contemporary venue for art, film, festivals, enviroment and civic`s activities based on creativity. Provoz Hlubina operates since 2009 and this year will start reconstruction of the area to creative quarter. The planned opening is in 2015.
