Chromanzia is a live performance based on using the browser as an expressive tool in order to speak about the crisis and about the economical situation.

Thanks to a Google Chrome developed especially for this purpose, websites become the raw material of a new visual language. Different websites are mixed together and the actions added by the extension overlap to the normal navigational flow. At the same time electronic music and youtube video sampled in realtime makes the audio accompaniment.

Web navigation becomes a storytelling tool. Websites are defaced in real time and the audience can see the "hidden side" of them. The performance content are the ones available while the performance is happening, this add unpredictable elements and leave a lot of space for improvisation.
