About
vj set on four tet's - morning side
iv been listening to this song for some time and wanted to make visuals for it.
i like how four tet creates a song which is simple but yet it creates its own complexity as it goes along. he uses 2 basic elements; the electronic rhythm and the indian vocals, which at first they seem almost unrelated - almost like radio and tv were on at the same time :) but a the piece progresses the elements start to rely more and more on each other.
i approached the visual with the same logic - 2 basic elements running parallel - with imagery that can be seen as translation of the musical element.
btw the whole track is more than 20 min.
