About

'On Air' (2016) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdGRQcBY2V8&t=40s) is a site-specific installation made in collaboration with sound designer D.h. Galileev (https://soundcloud.com/veelilag/on-air).
The installation explores the juxtaposition between digital and physical matter within the context of architecture and space. Using 3D rendering of architecture and projecting it into a physical space, in order to transform their properties and create a continuously changing space - formed both by physical and digital elements. This version of the installation was made for the 'Apocalypse Now' festival in Rotterdam (2016) and it incorporates the city's industrial nature both in sound and visuals.
Another installation RED (2016) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4iTbyqjEvw&t=4s) uses similar approach to the way it interacts and transforms the space. RED was made for the 'Twilight Zone' festival (Rotterdam) and it was meant as an ambiance creating piece for the lounge area where several DJs performed.
